Good, few glitches though.
Good app, my only criticisms are:
-Please bring back the contact Ebay section on the app, so you can contact eBay through the app. Some users don't have access to an iPad/computer.
-Be able to watch more items, 192 is just not enough. It is in your interests to allow users to be able to watch more items- more watched items = more purchases made. I have now resorted to taking screenshots of things I want to eventually buy!
-Be able to do a worldwide search, or specify which country you would specifically like to search for. I buy a lot of stuff from Hong Kong, and I only want to see items from this area when I do a search!!
-Make the watching/buying / selling columns different colours. I have previously deleted items from my buying columns, as thought I was deleting watched items to free up space, however I deleted loads of purchased items, so I was unable to leave feedback!
Good but has annoying flaws
The app is easy to use and responsive, however I have a few issues with it.
Firstly, there should be an option to delete something from your bids list, like there is on the web app, for someone who buys and sells alot this would massively declutter my eBay. Also as well as having American items in my feed, like the web app I think it should tell you if you have bid the same as someone else, instead of having to go onto the bids part of the item. Finally I think eBay should take a leaf out of depops book and have sponsored items which look good and have been well advertised (clear lighting, plain background etc.) this could also combine with making eBay a bit more social and making following someone on eBay have more point to it.
Great app, but the money back guarantee is not for granted! I almost lost £550 when parcel force driver decided to deliver my parcels somewhere else, sign for someone that didn't exist and leave my things on the door step of that person. After weeks of complaints both to eBay, parcel force and the seller I was basically informed that I wouldn't have my money back from eBay, the seller refused to complain the lost of goods to parcel force so that he could refund me and I couldn't even give a bad review to the seller because eBay didn't allow me. Almost 2 month later someone from another block, probably after find out that that has no use to them, came knock on my door to deliver my things...
Small things it's good, big ones be careful, you won't have your money back if ebay's profit is bigger than what they can get from you.
