This new update is horrendous, particularly for sellers. It used to be so easy on the old version to quickly navigate. I could just click on the tag icon at the bottom to sell an item. Now I have to go through menus and scroll through heaps of text and huge adverts to find what section I want. Nothing is easy to find. The screen is way to crowded with text. For eg. When I used to click on my items sold screen, I was able to see very quickly at a glance what was sold. There would be a big red stamp saying paid. A parcel icon would mean dispatched. A star and envelope would mean feedback received etc etc. Now instead of easy to view icons, all this information has now been changed to a written form. I have to read 'bid received' 'payment received'. It's messy, and clumsy. Bring back the old format that enables users to click at the top of the screen 'watching' 'buying' 'selling'. It was far easier to navigate instead of all this scrolling. I'm also not interested in having lists of stats. If I want to see my selling stats I usually log in from a desktop. Having them on the app home screen is way to cluttered. I haven't yet tried to list anything new with the new updated version (i.e a brand new listing and not a re-list) but I'm sure it will be just as over complicated and frustrating. This version is not an upgrade. It is most certainly a downgrade. And a very bad one at that.
Really bad user experience - update still bad
Who designs this stuff? The update has made using the app a terrible experience and even though the recent update says improved design and interface - I can't tell the difference. Still unusable for me. The 'sold' section has a value of how much I've sold but doesn't show what I've sold. States no items sold in last 60 days. The home screen isn't as useful as it used to be a few versions ago and it is so difficult to navigate. For selling I'm so frustrated with it. Often the listing won't save or there is some error notification telling me about logging in/out or the connection has timed out. Other issues include not being able to select option like the material of a sofa and having it save. The app also insists on adding 'Royal Mail second class post' to every item I try to list. It's even added when a revision to a listing is made. Having to double check the whole listing before publishing is so frustrating! Sometimes when something is missed it means I have to start all over again!
Keeps crashing pure crap
Not good mr eBay every time u update your app it gets harder to use sort it out some people are not tecno minded but would like to buy stuff without having to do the eBay app exam please stop updating and making things worse it could be a fantastic app if you sorted out the problems that people are telling you and stop listening to some computer specialists but I think it's a case of you know better yet again. It's that hard to navigate I need a map book you keep making it harder and harder to use and as for advertising it's a joke if I won't to see one every split second I will watch TV. I must say you have made this app worse than the iPad app and that takes some doing what's happened to the feedback left and given and the paid and posted icons I now have to mess about to find out if I have been given feedback and if it is good.
Classic case of your still not listening to your customers
From the eBay police 🚨🚨🚨🚨 and one other thing this app is still 💩💩💩💩
