Warm winter payments for the disabled & elderly.
I filled my application in via the internet as instructed & in good time & waited in trepidation to see if (being their first year of taking part). In mid November a ‘silent’ £140 had been added to my electric account & that lasted almost 3 months.!! . No need for me now to consider switching back to British Gas who paid me it for the previous eleven years without issue unless EE suddenly raise their prices. The phone app ‘IS’ very handy.
Can’t check credit
I stay with this company, because there prices are very good and iv had no trouble with them. But this app need an up date, what’s the point in havering a smart meter, if I can’t check my credit when I’m on the go. iv not tried topping up yet using the app to can’t review that but please update it so I can see my credit
Would be good if you could get your meter balance on the app! Got smart meters fitted today and managed to top up without a problem! I would give the app 5 stars if they update it to give you meter balance
