I’ve been using this app for more than 6 years. Absolutely favourite! No bugs or errors, all words you need with profound examples both in RU or EN, offline mode which helped me so many times! + if you buy an additional app you can create flashcards (like anki) and learn new words.
Good for students
I would recommend this app to anyone who is seriously studying Russian (from English) and needs a reference guide that goes deeper than a typical dictionary. I bought the full version so that's what this review is based on.
The app goes beyond basic nouns and adjectives, and is able to translate many phrasal verbs and idioms, it also covers very specific vocabulary such as words regarding science, and ways of translating nuances in both languages.
As direct translation is impossible for all common idioms in English and Russian, suitable substitutes in the other language are given. I'll admit the app isn't full of features but it's simple to use and for someone looking for an 'interactive learning' app there are many others on the market of this nature.
