Great game
I absolutely love this game. The puzzles are a little cryptic sometimes, and I tend to find if I sleep on them the answers just come to me. So satisfying when they do! I’ve done all 355 levels and really hoping the developers bring out more, but it’s been 2years since the last updates so I guess it’s not looking good. Will keep hoping!
Worth a go.
This game isn't like other escape room ones where you have to open lots of cupboards etc and find keys or match clues together. This game entails looking at a few items in the room and then thinking of a word which ties them together or is only related to one clue. It does get you thinking and some of the clues are so obvious that you kick yourself for not thinking of them without a clue! However, some clues make little sense in English (this has been translated or the developers have tried their best to write in English), and other clues/the word you need to exit the room are not ones you would actually think of without a clue as they don't really tie in. For example in one room there are bottles of alcohol and cigars on the floor and the word you need is 'harmful'. Unless you looked at all the letters you get and worked that out for yourself, it certainly isn't the word I would have come up with on a whim.
Apart from that though, it is a good little game and will keep you occupied for a while. It does start to get a bit samey though after the first 10 or so levels. All in all a great effort from the developers, it just needs to have a few tweaks.
Wildly variable puzzle quality
This is a clever enough little timewaster but the quality of the individual puzzles ranges from the extremely clever to the incredibly stupid and unfortunately the clever ones are in the minority. You will eventually figure out how the puzzle maker thinks which will help you solve some of the more obtuse or nonsensical ones but on a lot of them you’ll need the hints just to figure out what the hell you’re looking at. One puzzle involved a picture of two men grinning like idiots. One man was wearing a hat and holding a stick. The answer was “bargain”... because apparently a stick is the same as a “bar” and we were somehow supposed to know that one of them had “gained” it. That’s what you’re dealing with. Fortunately you get ample coins to buy hints (with the usual ad watching first) and the game is otherwise free so you may find it mildly diverting enough to play. But I wouldn’t pay any money for it.
