What's New in Version 6.11.1

We've fixed several issues people were having with notes:
- Some notes created in Evernote for Mac would not render after sync
- Some tables lost formatting after updating Evernote to 6.11
- Pasting a line of text would add an additional line break
- Some full width dividers from other clients were not shown as full width
- Some pasted content were missing styles

Love Evernote

I’ve tried many systems to try to organise myself - todo apps, paper notebooks, documents - I could not make any of them stick. For some reason, Evernote works for me and I don’t really know why.

I’m pretty sure the fact that I can access my notes across all devices is helpful. Being able to scan documents (especially multi-page docs) is really helpful. Search feature is pretty good.

I’ve found it pretty reliable and I use it for everything from shopping lists to meeting notes to scanning bills. Web clipper is also useful.

I use it every day

I am an early adopter of Evernote, going back to 2009 – nearly 8 years. Basically, I use it as a filing system, aide memoire across laptop, desktop tablet and phone. Indispensable

Great App - please read

I am not one normally for apps like this, most of the time my work stays at work and I don’t bring it home with me.
But all of a sudden I was inundated with numerous tasks and project that was going to take a lot of organising and a lot of time. I used the free version and loved that it would sync between all my deviced etc. I decided to update to premium as the work increased and became more and more time consuming and demanding, meetings here there and everywhere in between etc. I began using the audio record feature so I could take brief notes and partake in the meetings and then I was able to listen back on my phone and prep my reports whilst having a Costa or something. Unfortunately I was new to using a Mac book still and managed to delere the file. It was gone…. But because I was a paid member I had access to get my file back safe and sound where i double backed it up. If I was still using the free version however I wouldn’t have been so lucky so bare that in mind.

I love taht you can easily snip bits of articles, pictures screen prints and the widget uploads it to your Evernote., I have been bale to create decent PDF Files using that tool which is much more impressive than a load of screen shots, even though there is a similar capability on Mac (command shift 4)

The PDF anotation software is again decent, not massively laden with features but all you need to edit your own docs etc

I would love Evernote to actually make your notebooks like an actual note book with the facility to make projects look like a story book, where you can drag and drop and arrange pages where ever you wish. Each notebook should be thought of as a scrap book or ring binder where you can put in and remove anything and have the note book as one whole project not lots of mini ones. (Please consider for the next update!)
