†Experian acts as a credit broker and not a lender in the provision of its credit cards and personal, car finance and guarantor loans comparison services, meaning it will show you products offered by lenders and other brokers.
Experian acts independently and although our comparison service shows products for a range of lenders and other brokers it does not cover the whole of the market, meaning other products may be available to you. Comparison services are provided free however we will receive commission payments from lenders or brokers we introduce you to.
All free and paid for Experian consumer services are provided by Experian Ltd (Registered number 653331). Ratings and Reviews
Too many issues with the app for it to be useful. The UX is confusing, the credit score description doesn’t match the animation i.e the animation stays at ‘very poor’ when the score is a lot higher, ‘featured video’ UI is poor, etc. If you made it easier for your users to send you feedback without having to resort to providing a bad review I would’ve gone down that route (on my mobile, your feedback form on your website is also buggy!)
Not to mention that making nothing but the score itself available for free is crap - take a leaf out of ClearScore’s book...
I get to the point of logging in and it asked me to create pin. I Create a pin and then renter as asked it just keeps telling me pin submission failed try again.
I have been watched ensuring I entered the PIN number correct twice.
Rang the customer services and they talked to me like I was an idiot like I knew nothing. The real thing is they had no idea what they was talking about.
Deleted the app just a waste of space.
Been reading other reviews since I posted mine it seems there are lots of problems signing in. But I have yet to see any movement from Experian to correct this. I myself have runs customers service several times about this with no luck so I have given up.
Also if you have a problem with your file it takes a lot of brow beating to get them to respond to you. I am waiting for them to come back to me now on issue. I’m on the verge of going back to the banking ombudsman.
Absolutely horrendous when I enter all my details in every time I log in, the ironic thing is that it says so we can log you in faster create pin and fingerprint ID yet it never works so it takes me longer to log in. This has been happening for ages, get the job done. These credit rating companies are by far a scam, I take out a loan for something etc. and my credit rating shoots down, I take out internet for my son it goes down. I’m paying £15 for a service that is shocking to be fair.
