Firstly being confused and convinced to join this energy supplier company whilst with another one. We thought we cancelled it but infact they were still running. So payment has built up incredibly. We did not use this app as we arent into technology 100% and dont depend on it like everyone else and waited for someone to come and take our meter readings for better accuracy when it comes to paying however as much as we have requested it NOBODY has come and the bills are just pilling up and up so we have to pay estimated amounts that they suggest. We did not want to be with this company and we just want to oay so we can LEAVE this app is confusing and not helpful and neither are their customer service. AWFUL app AWFUL company. Just waiting for someone to sue them for these inaccurate billings
On the whole a useful app, but with a few glitches
This is a solid and mostly stable app. The ‘my usage’ function gives a breakdown of gas & electric use by month in a bar chart or graph, which is useful (although it’d be nice to be able to see gas & elec at the same time rather than separately). ‘My energy’ is also good, but ‘My week’ only shows elec not gas (which is a shame)...and the ‘predicted usage’ is totally wrong/glitchy. It’s showing me more gas usage in the warmer months than during winter - even though that makes no sense (and records of my previous usage should make that clear) - hopefully this will be fixed.
Needs A LOT of improvement
Not very customer friendly, after meter readings are submitted, app rejects readings when it chooses to, but then generates a very large and inaccurate bill, which you have to fight on the phone for hours to resolve.
A very buggy app, which does not provide you with much helpful information, instead causes errors that leave you with a headache that you have to deal with for the next few weeks.
Quite amateurish to develop an app that doesn't function properly, but your whole company relies on this app to deal with customers. Due to these flaws customers are expected to take pictures of their meters and submit meter readings via EMAIL, I guess that was just too much to ask for. Deserves 0 stars.
