Great Way To Keep Active

Ever since I have had my Fitbit Alta (July 2016) I've never been so competitive with others to see how far I can walk! I think it's great, a great way to remind you to get moving. The only issue I find is there is not enough variety on the exercises to add. I'm a fitness instructor and teach Les Mills classes and feel these classes should be added on as the classes are becoming forever more popular and it would be great to have a better track of activity at the end of the day! Apart from that, I love my Fitbit!

Good, But Major Bugs

Many good features, but a few frustrations:
If you start tracking a run, the system will sometimes report poor gps. But it stops tracking the run until you press continue on the warning. As I'm using an arm band when I press start, I run and don't see the warning so don't track my run.

You can't adjust the volume of the app when in the app. The volume control controls the ringer not the app volume for running cues. So if you had the volume down, you have to switch to another app like your browser, turn the volume up and then switch back to the Fitbit app.

Needed to restart Fitbit after recent update

Needed to reboot my Fitbit after recent update as would not sync with phone. Went through the help section on app but found solution in forums instead. I've got a One and had to hold down button until rebooted. Having had a Jabra Up and a Nike band. I'm not sure why everyone raves so much about Fitbit. Frustrated that it doesn't fully integrate with Apple Health app like my Jabra did. Dashboard could be more informative. Just ok. Could do better Fitbit!
