No Manual Refresh

Since the last major update there is no way to manually refresh all of your feeds at once. Pull to refresh does nothing on your feeds list; it only works in the individual feeds. To manually refresh I have to kill the app and relaunch it. Please fix pull to refresh on the feeds list page.

Also on the feeds list page, literally 50% of the screen is wasted displaying my account details, number of added, likes, magazines, following etc. There is no need for us users to view this information here. This page should be for our feeds only. Please clean up this page and move that information to its own page. The original beauty of Flipboard was its simplicity and clean design. Please return to this design philosophy and get rid of the clutter.

Finally, after years of users asking for this there is still no method of merging feeds into one feed. I would love for the main page to just be a chronological list of all articles from all of my feeds so I can read them all in one place. Please implement this. We've wanted this for so long. Give us a way to curate only our own chosen feeds into one chronological master feed.

iPhone UI is appalling since update.

What have they done to the UI? I've been a user for a long time and have a few large magazines with around 3.6K overall followers. I really dislike the new UI. It's not just hating change for the sake of it. Why is the 'cover' cover stories, now in the middle? That makes zero sense. Why do these smart magazine just sit in large view with the cover stories and not join my topics list ? What is the real benefit of the smart magazine over just searching a topic and creating a magazine from that search term as I always have? All of this plus much worse performance and data usage. Not good. Flipboard state they are listening to feedback, but their action and responses to their customer teams so far say otherwise. Their attitude is simply we will grow to like it. I won't.

Frustratingly, the improved version isn't

Used to be an amazing way to get a condensed set of focused news and information with a fuss free and intuitive interface.
While it still appears to do most of this, it just feels clunky now somehow.
The (un-switch off-able) automatically playing videos on every other news story are a source of much personal frustration. At least let me switch these off in the settings, like the update notes suggest I can!
