I use Starbucks as my office and my caffeine consumption has halved, I'm awake and alert without it thanks to this. Every friend I have recommended has enjoyed it too. I am a neuroscientist and study everything to do with focus and this is the best thing I've found for real world immediate and cheap use. It's the combination of binaural beats, isochronic beats - and the magic ingredient of great music. The only bad reviews have been because of the app itself not the music, and apps are easy to improve.
Good music, terrible app.
The app is not well put together and does not scale up to iphone 6 or 6+ sizes.
Any support link goes to the website and the back to the app - impossible to launch.
The music however is really good. It's a combination of the good chill-out playlists on your music player (lots of genres), binaural sound toys/generators (like MyNoise, another great app) and soundscapes (like a bustling cafe). The price is incredibly steep though, and the shoddy app doesn't make me want to subscribe.I want to like it but I'll use other services for now - they can do all that this can (though not in one place).
Great app don't want subscription
I think this really works! It's better than any other focus audio I've tried. I don't understand why I can buy the tracks I like and be done tho. I don't like subscribing to things as I have adhd and find it hard to keep track of my money as it is.
