Subscribe to take advantage of the features described above.
• Subscription length: weekly
• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase.
• Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Why won’t my pictures load ?
I have been using Font Candy for around 3 years, it’s a great app and has everything I need on it!. Although I do currently have an issue. I have been trying to edit pictures but all I’m getting is a white screen and a loading symbol. This is both on my iPad and phone. I have left the app open for over an
hour to give it time to load as I do have around 9k pictures but that still doesn’t work. All my other photo apps will open completely fine so I know it’s not the number of pictures I have. So I’m currently paying for an app I can’t actually use 😕. I have tried to contact the developers on the website but there is no contact option, so if someone could get back to me through this review, that would be great 😊.

Non Plussed
As with another reviewer I purchased Font Candy +, which seemed to work fine on my old iPad, but switching to a brand new iPad I cannot use Font Candy+ as it crashes as soon as I try to work on the selected picture. I have had to purchase Font Candy which is annoying and frustrating and not very helpful in having to spend out twice for what could be seen as the same app. No problem with Font Candy apart from having to pay for it because Font Candy + is unavailable.

I paid for Font Candy +, now they want me to pay again!
My e-mail to Easy Tiger:
“I paid previously for Font Candy + with all font and artwork packs. It no longer seems to receive updates, and I note that it has gone from the App Store, having been dropped in favour of the standard Font Candy app, with in-app purchases.
“The current version doesn't seem to honour my previous purchase, so I'm missing features and I'm seeing lots of ads. Is there a way we can resolve this so my purchase is valid in the newer version of the app?”
Their response:
“We would like to reassure you that the reason why your previous purchase may no longer be available could be due to the fact that you originally subscribed to one of the old versions of Font Candy. If you look at the name and the icon of the current app and the ones present on the receipts related to your subscription you may also notice a difference.
“In order to unlock all the features of the current Font Candy you should therefore create a new subscription. Should you prefer to keep using the app without signing up, you are welcome to enjoy the free features we currently offer.
“We renew our complete disposal!
