Latest update has ruined it - zero stars. Do not buy.

I’ve subscribed to this (expensive) app for 4 years now, it started poorly but has been slowly improved. Always glitchy but give some great detail race data, especially the sector splits and ability to track a drivers progress and detail timings against everyone else. Screen could be custom sized to get all of the field onto a single screen if I wanted. Could even just about follow a race fully without the TV coverage. So all in all pretty good and while never worth the money at least gave me something I couldn’t get from the TV coverage.
Until now. The latest update -it m looks pretty but it is utterly utterly useless for anyone actually into F1 - Dear Liberty that is anyone willing to pay the over the odds price for the App in the first place. I wouldn’t even recommend this if it was free. No longer can I see intermediate splits, no longer can I see all the field on a screen. No longer all the cars locations on the circuit. No longer can I access the timing screens that are shown at the circuits. No split screen ability. No use whatsoever for a fan looking for race detail. Whoever released this is one coupon short of a pop-up toaster. Didn’t anyone think to consult the people who follow F1 and use this thing before such radical change?. Liberty media please get your act together and be quick about it. Hopeless.

Live Timing ruined by disastrous app revamp

I have happily paid for this app for years to display the live timing during the races on my iPad. I always loaded up my desired timing display at the start of each session, placed my iPad on a stand and didn’t have to touch it again until the session was over. This was because on one page I was able to see all the information I wanted including the whole grid’s most recent lap times, sector times, gap to the leader, current tyre type and current tyre life. To my horror the revamped app has made this impossible - now we can only see 7 driver’s details at once due to the hopelessly inefficient usage of screen space with a fraction of the data viewable at one time. As well having to scroll up and down the driver list you are also forced to switch between different tabs to see information that was previously available on one page. I don’t want to have to constantly do this whilst watching a session / race and it simply is not the service/experience I paid for. I see from feedback on social media and reddit that I am far from alone with this opinion. I can only hope that this feedback is taken on board and the live timing is rapidly redesigned to offer an option to match the previous implementation.
