What’s New
Version 1.24.0
We have deployed our new login and password reset screen, which makes it easier for you to sign in and reset your password on the mobile app. This is disabled by default and will only be available after being enabled on your platform.
Ratings and Reviews
Mediocre, half-cocked app
Fuse is a good idea. However, the app isn’t all that. Certain articles crash the app (every time), articles aren’t easy to find and there doesn’t seem to be much logic in the article organisation algorithms.
I’d use the web app instead, but the layouts are worse on that, as well as loading times being, quite frankly, ridiculous, even with a content blocker enabled.
More work needed.
Everything’s at your fingertips!
I think what I love most about this app is that I can access everything I need, all in the one place. We often think of our smartphones as the hub to everything, and when it comes to work, all I really want to be is efficient and have answers as instant as I ask them. Fuse is fantastic for this and I highly recommend companies adopting this into their training for their employees!
Good Improvement
The new design is much better than the previous app. It looks cleaner and more functional.
However, the the lack of an iPad version is really disappointing and stopping the service being as useful as it could be. Some improvements to the layout on iPhone X need addressed too.
