Subscriptions and Single Issues
Users can buy single issues and subscriptions using In App Purchase
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Have been a subscriber for several years great to be able to store favourite magazine and access whenever I want. Had initial hiccups but think this was due to Apple upgrade but not had any other problems with accessing magazine
Special Jan 19 edition download failure
I’d give it zero if I could as no Special weekend download poss, despite updating App today and IPad Air 2 on latest Version 12.1 software. Could swear I purchased all editions from Nov 17 onwards last week, but no longer visible on App. Need to check credit card......
Bought two issues, both load as blank even after trying to access them repeatedly. No one gets back to you from their app support.
