It's important to measure your heart rate for insights into the effort you are putting in and to progress safely.
The cardio gauge explains the benefits of your effort at any given time: Blue = warm-up, Green = Endurance, Orange: Resistance, etc.

Bit of a mess
The original, or at least the last web version of this site was useful. The latest makeover is truly a shambles, changes that confuse and seem to serve no useful purpose. The app itself is hardly worth having. Information is very minimal and one needs to go to the web page to look at the stored data that us relevant.
The hardware is very good, very reasonably priced but the software development side of this company is a big disappointment and does nothing for the products.
Best fitness app I've used (and I've tried a few!).
Easy to use, simple and effective. Download, login, go! It's that simple.
Would recommend to those novices looking for an app to get them started.
Hurray! The synchronisation bugs have been fixed. This a truly great app and can now be thoroughly enjoyed by those with older iPhones. I particularly like the way it syncs info to the website. 5 stars decathlon !
