Motivational and it works!

I decided to take up running to get fit as I didn't do any exercise apart from walking the dog. A friend recommended that I try the Couch to 5k programme and specifically this running app. When I started seven weeks ago running the 1min sessions was a struggle (yes I was that unfit) now I am on continuous 25min runs. The voice prompts are really helpful and the progression, whilst challenging, is very rewarding. I have now signed up for my local park run which I intend to do at the end of week 8, I may have to walk a bit but that's ok.

Give this app a go if you no longer want to be a couch potato.

Got me back running again

This is a simple but effective app. I have had plantar fasciitis and have used this app to get back running once again.
I particularly like the way it works with music playing from my other apps just interrupting when necessary with well balanced information

Well structured program which seems to be getting my plump friend and I moving. We would like to be able to change the voice of the instructor though.
