Easy and simple to use. Gives you updates on how far away your car is and how long it will take. One of the best things is you can pay by card directly for times you have no cash. Defo download if you use taxis often and are often without cash on hand :)

Slightly worrying threat. We were picked up and dropped off by a very professional driver. Sadly despite being told that payment had gone through an error at their end meant it had not. We happily paid properly but not before the taxi controller believing mistakenly that we had intentionally not paid called me and began with “we will pay you a special little visit”. He said it twice before realising we were willing to pay. I do not believe this is a particularly reputable company as a result of what sounded like a veiled threat and am slightly concerned that they now have my address. I suggest using a more reputable service. He did not apologise in case you are interested.

Poor customer service. The app just about works, buggy and laggy. However, customer support (other than the lady, she is amazing) is unprofessional and awful (e.g., “sorry I’ve never used the app”, “I’m not going to give you my name because I’m self employed and don’t work for the company”). The advertised “fixed fare” is something the drivers and customer service don’t see as fixed either which makes the pricing misleading. An example is charging extra for trips to the airport, but those charges are not explicit on the app. It’s clear the maintainers don’t care about customers.
