Good Energy uses 100% renewable electricity from British sunshine, wind and rain.

We supply you through the national grid, which is like a dirty pond of electricity. When you’re a Good Energy customer, we match all the electricity you use over a year with electricity sourced purely from renewables. It’s like pouring fresh water into that pond. Slowly but surely we’ll clean things up.

Use the Good Energy app to submit your electricity, gas or Feed-in Tariff meter readings to help us make sure your bill is as close to the amount of energy you actually use as possible.

Your details will be saved within the app so all you have to do is enter your meter reading and we’ll do the rest.

Good Energy customers can use the app to:

· Submit meter readings quickly using a handy torch function if your meter is in a dark place

· Recommend a friend and get £25 off your next bill

· Contact us or request a call back if you have any questions

Ive tried twice to 'register' my account and meter so I can use the app but both times the details were rejected by the GE 'system'. I was directed to the GE call centre on both occasions. I wasted a lot of time on this once and didn't bother a second time. In spite of these issues with the app I had no trouble sending meter readings to the main GE website. It accepted precisely the details rejected by the app. The previous version of the app was a model of efficiency. IMHO.

Works fine but text too small


This app does the necessary job and saves a lot of hassle with both my meter and FiT. However the text is too small and therefore mistakes are easily made when crushing into the under-stairs cupboard to do the reading.

Hopeless app


You're app doesn't work....at all!
4 times now I have tried to submit meter readings and every time I get an error message - blaming my connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection - you're app is hopeless. Time to delete
