Customer Reviews

Frustrating

I was bought a subscription as a present. Downloaded the app, every time there is a new edition it shows I have to pay for it. I either have to delete the app and re-install or sign out and Ian in again in order to be able to download. I would expect it to show that it can be downloaded and I don't sign out. The download automatically setting clearly doesn't wrk. Great mag though but frustrating when you want to read it on the go and have to go through this hassle.

Same problems as others: have subscription, cannot download issues

As with other, much earlier reviewers, I have a 6 month subscription from the October 2017 issue, but I cannot see any issues I can download as a part of this. Instead I’m given the opportunity to buy them all over again. Don’t waste your money on the digital version, stick to paper. For something as significant as this to have go on for as long as the other reviews suggest, I would suggest no one is looking at these reviews or is interested in sorting it out.

Very disappointing

I have been a long time subscriber and switched to the digital version as my failing eyesight was making it hard to read the magazine. I wish I hadn't wasted my money...I am offered the opportunity to buy every issue rather than automatic download, I have rung Hearst for help three times, I have deleted and reinstalled...my library is no more...so very disappointing.
How can Woman and Home get it so right and Good Housekeeping get it so wrong?!
I would underline my point, that you shouldn't bother (or waste your time) with this app, or a digital version of this magazine
