With the new Green Network Energy mobile app version 2.0 keeping an eye on your energy usage and energy bills is now even easier.
Now you can have further insight into your energy accounts, submit your meter readings quickly, and check your up-to-date consumption, all in just one place.
You can begin to explore our new app by downloading it. After downloading, the app will provide you with all your account information and advanced features, as:
• • Entry of your gas and electricity readings in a way that best suits you. You can submit readings by taking a photo or by simply typing it into your screen.
• Track your energy bills and payments (and download the PDF statements).
• See all your tariff information (personal details, account balance, payment history).
• Get in touch with our Help Centre.

Network Error - resolved
Original: Just set up my new account using the web. All OK. So I downloaded the app, entered my login details and get the “network error” message. Other people reported this a month ago and yet there is still no developer feedback on the App Store never mind a fix. What a shambles. You guys are embarrassing.
Update: Two weeks later once I had submitted my opening readings via Safari and supply had commenced the app stopped showing a network error and became fully functional.
Fast meter reading even with meters in awkvard locations
Using this application for a while to submit my meter readingm and comparing to the first version brings a lot of improvements - it is fast and easy to use. My meter is in a really akward place but using the camera to capture the values is really handy.
App from the dark ages
This app is very basic and it is of no use if you, like me, want to monitor your usage. There are no graphics to show historical or predicted usage as seen on apps from nearly all other suppliers. There is simply a page with estimated annual usage in kWh and total usage to date in cu ft !! To make matters worse readings submitted have been ‘lost’ in the system. It is now 30 days since submitting my last gas reading and it is not displayed in the app or on the web site.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
