Ratings and Reviews
Bugs fixed, still confusing though
The original issue in the review below has been fixed, so that is good news. However along with most other people I’m quite confused by the update, I can update some towers but not others with no clues as to how to unlock the others despite being able to use them and having loads of books? Back up to 4 stars as the underlying game is as good as ever, if they can make it more understandable with clearer instructions it will be back to 5 stars again.

Since updating to the latest version of this I’ve only been able to play 2 games. It constantly kicks you out saying the network connection is too weak, which is definitely not the case. Hope they can fix it as there is a great game here.

Not enough lives or rewards
I love this game and am up to about level 700, however, I absolutely HATE that you only get such a small number of lives yet have a cap on how many you can get sent by friends and no option to have unlimited lives. Having to pay to get extra lives AND to unlock levels (because honestly who is going back and getting more stars every time they lack progress) it seems super greedy on their part and a clear disregard to users enjoyment of the game, having to stop playing because you’re constantly running out of lives and diamonds. If it is purely for profit then charge for the game itself, don’t punish players by charging extortionate prices for them to continue playing your game! Also constantly locking levels is super annoying and again seems like a clear ploy to force people to buy diamonds to enable them to move on in the game
Great game, but expensive
Early on in the game it was great fun and one of the best TD games I’ve played. Great variation in towers, good mix of levels and an extensive amount of gameplay. However, for a long while now the new levels have been released with one aim and that’s to make you spend. Now I’m all for spending on games, but the latest levels are expecting you to spend $50 plus, just to be able to beat them. It’s not even a case that you can beat them with what you’ve got, you have to buy the vastly overpriced packs with blueprints to be able to progress. Either make the percentage change of blueprints with gems better, make blueprint purchases a reasonable price or find another way to unlock blueprints. As I said I will always spend on a game to support the developer, but the way they’ve made this game now has gone too far.
