Hello all, here's a fresh update for you:
1. A random color is chosen by default when you create your training day - a nice decision in case you don't know what color to select
2. Now it's even more clear and intuitive where and how to create your own workouts
3. Built-in workout plans are visually separated from your custom plan - no mess anymore
Ratings and Reviews
Very Good way of recording weight BUT needs some more features.
I have given this a 4 star rating as it is very easy to record you weight and manage the time between sets HOWEVER there are still many down points these include a lack of features compared to other apps. Even though it is missing features it has good potential and the developers are helpful and listen to ideas that you have.
Overall it is one of the better apps to record gym sessions however it is not a complete package.
Pay £5.99 for a plan you can use only once
Why there’s no restart option on your personal plan? 😅
Poor weight
Clearly not done any research with free weight. Weight increase in 5 when weight can be in even number.
Developer Response ,
You can set any weight increase/decrease for each exercise. Swipe left on an exercise, tap Edit and change it. If you tap on weight, keyboard appears, so you can set even decimal number.
