Very good - 2 key improvements

Overall the app works just as it should - you can easily access your account(s) and make multiple changes to them. Two areas I think will significantly improve the overall experience include Touch ID, this will improve the speed needed to login to your account - the current process can be tedious at times. Secondly is the ability to view credit card statements as currently this is not possible - I have to exit the app and go to desktop which seems impractical as everything else I need is possible via the app. With these additions this app will be perfect when it comes to having control of my money on the go. Highly recommend regardless but these additions would be very useful.

Exceeds expectation of what a banking app can do!

Excellent, fast, clean, thorough & user friendly app!

Not sure when I wrote my last review but I gave it 5 stars then after its update! Now I wish I hadn't because it's sooooo much better! I was comparing it to my other banking aps and stated it had finally caught up, well it has exceeded them all now!!

It really is a useful, well thought out, complete and user friendly banking service application. It is literally updated with transactions as they occur! So no confusion over balance and available balance ever. My Natwest app can take 2/3 days to update sometimes and is very frustrating 👎🏻!

Lots of little gripes I have with other apps that make things like changing details, forgetting passwords etc so complicated to deal with the Halifax have really got it spot on. Not my fav bank but definitely my favourite app!

I don't have a Halifax credit card so not an issue like some reviewers have mentioned but I've had this app since the day it launched and believe me, if they can do it, it will be done!

Use it a lot with few hassles.

I use this app regularly and have managed without any problems do far. I cannot relate to some of the negativity some express as for me transaction dates are visible and it's easy to reference a payment. One issue I'd like addressed is that I regular transact between family accounts. Our surnames are the same but the app only shows accounts by surname. I'd prefer full names. That said, the main web page does the same. Access to, and ability to amend / cancel standing orders or direct debits is great. I see those who refer to the app as slow and sluggish, I can only say mine is quick and responsive on both my iPad4 and my iPhone 5S
