Terrible! It’s so frustrating! Would not accept any details, date of birth, NI, or passwords. Deleted and tried again twice! Rubbish!
On contacting Halton Housing by phone was told unless emergency ring back on Monday. The amount of people paying rent to you, surely you can have someone in to answer queues at the weekend!
You just cannot sign up. Had to delete it because it kept rejecting all the emails used to try register to sign up
Always slow to load any recent transactions or rent balance sort it out
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
