Happy to Translate (HTT) is an initiative which helps organisations engage with service users who face communication barriers. HTT provides tools, processes and training to enable staff to confidently communicate with service users who speak little or no English. HTT members are both private and public organisations that participate in a joined-up approach to promote communication support by overcoming language barriers faced by some communities. HTT members implement and maintain a high standard of customer service to improve access to information and services for all, regardless of background.
