This app is updated on a weekly basis. It’s so annoying, because every time it updates it logs you out “for security reasons” (despite the fact no other mainstream app does so). Even if you use a password manager to copy and paste your passwords (eg no human error) it still has problems logging in so you end up continually resetting your password after updates. Everything is just a pain in the bum with this, and for the sake of a loyalty card it’s just not worth it.
Hello, Thank you for your review. The app should only log you out for two reasons: if you log in your account on a different device or after extended periods of inactivity. If you regularly access your account from a single device you should not be logged out of your account. Let us know if anything else comes up - we're always happy to help!
Where's my money gone?
I had a balance of around £20 but haven't been into a shop for a year or more as I've been away working. I updated the app but, when I looked at it today as I may be near a shop later, the balance has gone. I logged into my account successfully but it's showing no activity.

App needs sorting out NOW
I’ve been using the app for ages and it is steadily getting worse. Today I found that it had ‘lost’ all my completed cards for free drinks and won’t let me log in or verify. I feel very sorry for the staff in the coffee shops who are faced with grumpy customers through no fault of their own
