Steady and slow does not win this race

This game moves glacially slow.
The updates are regular - fuelled by the money train of new card purchases.
But the cards only rotate out yearly, so the meta is FULL of the same imbalanced cards from the same expansions. I loved deathknights for the first 3 months, now I’m so sick of them. They are played in every deck - mostly added as an auto include because they are so powerful and imbalanced. This creates for a super boring meta. Also classes with garbage deathknights don’t get buffed, only deathknights that are too good get nerfed. It was the same with old gods, the same with quests. I’m sure it will be the same with ‘loa.’
If the devs do opt to do a balance change it is after months and months of user feedback. Often the game/meta is much improved by these balance changes, but like everything else, they happen slowly and infrequently. More of this might be better?!
The turn times in this game are very long - to allow thinking time - sure I get the reasoning. Especially for beginners. But why is there no faster game mode for people who want to play faster? I think many experienced players would find this option much more appealing, maybe even give this game a bit more new life? Other than the regular card releases that is...

This is an amazing game that even people who don’t like mobile games (such as myself) will still enjoy. I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years now, I think and I’ve not spent any money at all! I have strong efficient decks and dozens of legendaries without spending a dime. Literally everything in this game is achieve-able through in game currency. The average packs you get for not spending money equates to 0.5 - 1 pack a day depending on the quests you get given each day (not including the free pack you get from the tavern brawl each week). This means that after a moth your going to have at least one legendary. And the thing is you can make pretty good decks from cards you get from levelling too level 20 in each class without spending any money in-game or real. This is honestly one of my favourite games and it’s completely free. I want to spend money on this game but i sadly don’t have the income at the moment to do so. So maybe in the future I’ll be able to contribute to this genuine work of art.

Not pay to win

People say hearthstone is pay to win but it isn’t your just bad at the game. I haven’t spent a penny on the game and I have a really good deck and I nearly win every game I play. (Cube deck). Also I saw arena is 1.50 it is around that amount but also you can get in arena with 100 gold and you get to make your own deck with random cards and you chose 3 every time they pop up. Hopefully you know what I mean. So that means it won’t matter about the deck in a way. Also if you get 12 wins without three loses you can get amazing rewards even legendary that you can put in your deck to make it stronger or get rid then and convert them into dust which then you could make any card you won’t if you have enough dust though. Also you can do quest to get gold and battle against friends or other people also there is rank mode that can show how strong and good you are. I know I went of topic but hearthstone isn’t pay to win and if you play it without giving up you can actually get really good.
