If you choose to purchase HUD Premium, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase.
Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

I like the app, I’ve spoken to a few girls and hopefully will meet in the future... the only thing is that about a third of the messages I receive just disappear... I click on the notification and the message just vanishes and 50% of the time it never returns..
I’ve paid for premium and am struggling to converse due to a poorly designed messaging system.

AVOID - Terrible App & Awful Support!
For starters, if you’re in the UK/Europe, you can basically count on one hand the amount of people you’re likely to find anywhere even remotely near you on HUD (and most of those will be scammers). It’s utterly pointless.
Even worse though is their horrible customer service. After taking a whopping £30 monthly subscription fee from me without my knowledge (for a totally worthless “premium” membership), I immediately raised the issue with them and requested a refund, only to be told very bluntly that they don’t do refunds. When I pointed out that their terms and conditions do in fact clearly specify that they have to provide a refund for UK/EU customers in such situations, they conveniently went silent and ignored all subsequent attempts to contact them. All for the sake of £30… This is not how you build a loyal customer base, guys! No wonder it’s so empty on there.
In short, they’re a bunch of crooks peddling a half baked app that has more bugs than users. There are plenty of far better services out there, so I strongly recommend you steer clear of this one!

Terrible Service
The app itself it decent enough, and actually really good in terms of meeting women. I’ve luckily met and spoken to a lot of women on the app and it is one of my favourite ones, prefer it to Tinder.
Huge problem though is that you might just get kicked out for no reason whatsoever. My only conclusion to this is that someone must have falsely reported me, maybe they didn’t like the look of me or something, but it’s the only thing I can think of. So just be wary that the HUD team do not look into such matters At All, they will suspend your account without any investigation.. i have emailed them many times asking them to please investigate and look at my profile carefully so they can see that I have broken no rules, but instead all I get is a “sorry nothing we can do” reply. So I would avoid downloading this not because of the app itself but because of the people who run the app. Funny too since I’m always reporting fake profiles and scammers 😂
