I have used this app quite a few times and normally you get a text confirmation and then another text once your cab is on its way and arrived. Lately the texts haven't been coming through. Today I booked a cab to take me to the station without informing me they cancelled my cab and once I phoned up to ask where my cab was the operator was extremely unhelpful told me my emails must not be working and I have to contact my card provider as they have taken the money from my account for a refund. When I ask why wasn't I told his response was "that's what happens when you book through an app" this app is meant is part of your company and the customer service was absolutely shocking.
Don't bother wasting your time with this app phone up other cab companies that provide better service
Rang company to get price from hornchurch to islington and was told to download the app as that would tell me the best price.
Spent 15 minutes downloading the app, registering and putting in the journey details (you can't just put islington or a central point or even a postcode.....so that was another 10 mins)
When I finally got everything sorted and tried to book, the app told me the destination was outside their normal area!!!! This was the app they told me to download and use to book my journey........to islington!!!
So, I rang the company. Busy so annoyingly had to listen to their hold sales pitch telling me I could download their bl&@dy app!! After 12 minutes on hold I rang another company and got a price and a taxi!!!!!
