This app was easy to use and everything is clear but my problem isn’t with the app itself. I have sent house of fraser 3 complaint emails about my orders and they haven’t bothered to answer to one of them so i would suggest buying anything from these at all. My first order I ordered was a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie that was on sale from £80-£64 due to the black Friday sales which i was quite happy about, but when my order turned up and it smelt like damp and mould and on the website it says that you have to pay to send your parcel back which i don't think is fair as it isn’t exactly my fault that the hoodie stinks, so i got the train to Manchester and got a refund on a gift card as they don't do cash refunds so i got refunded my £64 as my item was on sale so I couldn't get another Tommy Hilfiger hoodie. When i got home i had a look on the app and decided to buy a different hoodie and some socks and then £5 for delivery again but then i get an email saying they have refunded me for the socks as they are out of stock but not for any of the delivery and again this isn’t my fault so why should i be punished to pay £15 in deliveries all together for problems that aren’t my fault. I would wish for house of fraser to answer my 3 emails or even this review. I will not be dealing with them again after i finish spending my money on my voucher as they are not customer care friendly.
It is indeed a good app with much more positive characteristics than a negative ones. However, as there is always a room for improvement this app should provide as much information as desktop version for example size guide for every item.
I have tried to recently purchase a R. Laurent coat via HOF application however due to no size information I wasn’t able to complete my order. Also it was impossible to change collection detail to delivery option once already chosen. I had to log in to a computer and complete these steps in order to place an order. I wish for this application to be more practical and provide full service for their Customers without limitation.

This Is without doubt the best shop in Edinburgh,Scotland perhaps?im talking about the Jenner’s , it has been a favourite for my family for generations,I remember when I was a kid getting lost in the building that has something new round every corner, the click and collect service is spot on,as well as home delivery,ParcelTrack keeps you right,a cracking place to shop if you’re partial to a bit of designer stuff like ralphy ,Hugo,P.smith, Lacoste, Barbour etc…then its the place for you , and a must see massive tree in main hall at Xmas for kids, a day out if u’ve never been before 10/10👍
