5* Please Add Increase/Decrease Daily Limit Per Payee

1. Option increase/decrease daily limit per payee, rather to edit only in HSBC Online Banking. Make HSBC App more convenient with the same features as HSBC Online Banking.

2. Option to change ATM Pin, with a verification through SMS/App/Email or however HSBC want to secure this feature.

After all isn’t it recommended by HSBC to change Pin from time to time?

Atrocious service and customer support

1 star is not low enough for how disappointed I am, I have lost all faith in HSBC as a bank, I had my account details compromised and a number of fraudulent transactions were placed on my account. When I called to report these the only support I received was that a dispute would be raised for the transactions and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks

Yet they failed to flag these transactions in the first place and then when I went into their main branch in person I spent over 4 hours explaining the problem yet they still couldn’t stop the transactions. I was forced to solve my own problem and transfer my remaining balance to another bank. I have lost over HK$ 35K due to fraud and another 35K is now frozen in my account with no guarantee of being refunded and am still expected to wait 6-8 weeks for the fraud team to contact me.

I have worked as a consultant for HSBC and am beyond shocked that their customer support would be this inept. At this point I would recommend banking with someone else because clearly HSBC do not care about their employees or customers

Your App is full of bugs

After click/press the App, it just goes into a blank page. What a shame for HSBC!
