iOS HEALTH
Sync your walking, running and cycling activities to iOS Health to get a complete overview and use your activity data with other apps.

MOTION & FITNESS
Tracking your day on an iPhone 5S, 6, 6S or 6SE? Make sure to enable "Fitness Tracking" in iOS Settings / Privacy to track your activity.


BATTERY
Continued use of location services running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Human is optimized to use minimal power and minimize the impact on your battery life. In most cases you should be able to easily get through the day, but results may vary based on network conditions and daily usage. We recommend to charge your phone at night or during periods of inactivity.


PRIVACY
We store your data safely on our servers. You can request a full copy of all your data within the app. We will delete all your account and all your data on request.

How do you take a simple task—like walking 30 minutes a day—and make it truly compelling? Human does just that by polishing the cardio-based objective to a sheen—and then staying out of your way. From within your pocket or bag, Human tracks your daily-move goal, only alerting you when you need a few extra steps or when you’ve made your goal. Hitting streaks unlocks gorgeous new backgrounds, and the longer your streak, the more alluring the scenes.

The most friendly & supportive tracker I’ve used.

Congratulations to the development team for this unobtrusive yet supportive app.

I don’t write reviews as a rule as I have exacting criteria (sounds a bit highbrow but read on).

In 2010 I was told I’d never walk again (22 year military veteran) after sustaining a serious spinal injury while on active duty. I was lucky enough to be sent to a first class military hospital (UK) where they instilled in me a positivity I’d never come across before. The words “I can’t” were replaced with “I might” and “I can”.

Long story cut short, and I now can. Walk that is, and I’ve not stopped since. It’s been a long and painful journey, and it still continues as it will for the rest of my life, but the fact I can use this app is proof, to me at least, of the fact “I can”.

Back to the app; it’s cheeky, it’s motivating, it’s not pushy, it’s affirming and not overwhelming. It’s helping me, and given a terrible few past years, an enjoyable experience. I do what I do, and the app encourages that, but when I can’t, there’s no judgement. I like that.

Thanks a bunch guys. This is the app that is a permanent fixture from now on. 😊

Motivational but non-preachy

This app has become a firm favourite - I love the little encouragement messages each day. It tells me how many more minutes I need to complete my own set daily target and I find myself complying in order to receive the quirky little completion messages. I like the way it tracks my activity, breaking down when I was walking, using the car etc - giving me a complete record of my day.
