If you're serious about increasing your strength, follow this six week training program and you'll soon be on your way to completing 100 consecutive push ups!

Think there's no way you could do this? I think you can! All you need is a good plan, plenty of discipline and about 30 minutes a week to achieve this goal!

No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.

However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

Don't be fooled by the impostors. This is the ORIGINAL Hundred pushups app, having been in the store since 2008.

Great...but latest update fails...

Been using this for a long time now and have nothing to say against it. A good motivator and has helped me feel and look much better.
However the latest update has screwed up the ability to alter rep quantities during a program, so you are stuck with the pre-set rep amounts. Quite annoying!!
Dont let that put you off the app though as I'm hoping it'll get sorted out quickly!


The training program is good - if you follow it, you'll definitely see improvements in strength and stamina. The app itself works but is somewhat clunky - looks a bit dated now, has awkward layout and can be confusing. It's also a little buggy - viewing logs and graphs causes a crash on iOS 8, for example.


Virtually unusable in any functional sense and NO response whatsoever from the developers - whats the point in putting a Contact Us in if it is not going to be responded to. Worst I bought this app specifically as it purported to have social networking options - well it appears the ONLY social network option is to ‘sign out of unspecified social networking’. I call this blatant piracy and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The Developer Website does NOT even exist either!!!!!!! C'mon APPLE get a grip!
