Well worth getting

I purchased one of Mark's CD's and it mentioned the app and free download version of the hypnotherapy session. I've never used the CD but use the app all the time. I can now use the hypnotherapy where ever I am. The app is easy to use. I've needed to contact Customer Service twice and both times they responded very quickly and solved my issue. As for the hypnotherapy--I sleep like a log every time I use it.

I had lot of problems with Insomnia and I can tell you that this is the only effective way I found to fall asleep. I tried all sorts of relaxation sounds which didn't work, with the 'Overcome Insomnia' I always fall asleep before the track finishes, I never got to listen to the end because it sends me to sleep beforehand. Couldn't recommend it more! Thanks !!!!
