Customer Reviews

A bit difficult to fathom at times.

Just a few niggles but it could just be me being stupid! I cannot find any simple way to count the words per page. The other thing is this - I took the process to publish all the way; and as far as I could go, only to be told there was no such document in my files. The file was 14 pages long but it refuses to publish or recognise its there.
The app is very good although it takes a bit of ‘brain’ to fathom.
One other little niggle - the print page is ridiculously difficult to understand and is ambiguous. It urgently needs simplifying.
Setting up the front end is problematic as there are too many unexplained variations. There is no explanation of what to do if you dont actually need the choices given. I actually was very irritated that there was insufficient guidance.
As with all these apps what is totally obvious to the designer is VERY OFTEN NOT obvious to the user and it continues to frustrate me when designers dont seem to give enough pop up help.
Despite these niggles the app is good

Really polished, stable and simple to use. It does what it says etc, BUT, ah you sensed one coming didn’t you. What would be really really nice is the option to have a night mode and also the ability to just have the editor itself with NO peripherals to distract. Then it would get 6 stars from me.

Stable, but did someone forget something?

Looks a bit nicer on Yosemite with the update, but did someone forget the Add Pages button? It sticks out like a sore thumb..
