Extremely Disappointed - waste of time
After going through the interview, the training, having my profile created and things looking good, I was deeply disappointed after applying for shifts. We were not made aware how long in advance you have to apply for, I only found out after emailing, receiving a very dead one sentence response saying ‘1-2 days’. However, to my amazement, when applying for shifts on a Monday for the following Friday or Saturday, as it came to Thursday still nothing was confirmed. A week later nothing was confirmed and the days have long been past. At least have the human decency to say we haven’t been accepted for a shift or let the people who need a job know you’re going to take longer accepting things. The whole structure is nonsense. They put in false hope and make you feel good at the interview like you’re going to get a job while they sit behind the computer screens drinking their tea/coffee and wasting our time where we could be going to other interviews getting a better job.
Disgusting and disappointing. Don’t waste your time.

It’s a hopeless company, absolutely disrespectful towards its employees. I had a few jobs that were pending and I was waiting for them to either disappear from my pending jobs tab or to be approved for them. Neither happened. I texted them and they told that there were no places left for the jobs that I applied to, however, the app said that there still is and it was pending. I ended up doing nothing for two days because of this. Stupid company and the staff does not know anything and do not tell me what is the problem. Absolutely horrible.
A completely hopeless joke of a company that has zero concept of how to operate. For example, I hadn’t worked for them for a while, they emailed me to ask if I wanted my account to remain open, I said yes, I’d been busy but want to gig again soon. A few weeks later, they closed my account without warning, which I only found out when I tried to log in. After emailing to enquire I got some curt reply saying it’s because I hadn’t worked for a while!
TLDR version - use Coople or Flexy, they really know how to do business.
