Huge fan of the new app, no problems so far and easy to log in with touch. Now if they only updated their business app...
Problematic getting started
GSK setup on iPhone took many attempts with “an error occurred, please try again later”. Seems ok now.
Username and password is cumbersome, so would love to be able to enable TouchID on my iPad, but the security settings page just flicks briefly to black and looking as if it’s trying to load something, before showing a big empty white space with the usual back arrow top-left. Not very helpful.
Thanks HSBC for creating this apps. Now it’s much more easy to do emergency transfer w/ the key card.. cheers guys!!
