Description
Rusty Lake Paradise is set on a small remote island which is cursed by the ten plagues of Egypt. Solve all mysteries in this dark, macabre puzzle adventure.
Jakob, the oldest son of the Eilander family, is returning to Paradise island after his mother passed away. Since her mysterious death, the island seems to be cursed by the ten plagues. Find the mother's hidden memories and partake in strange family rituals in order to stop the plagues.

Stunning game
I mean, in a way it's not that stunning because the games that came before were also brilliant, and this is more of the same kind of thing, but still... I was excited for its release and wasn't disappointed. It's the increasing scope of the world they've built, as well as the consistently compelling atmosphere, that lifts these games to the next level. The gameplay may not be groundbreaking, though for me the puzzles are very well-judged... But that stuff almost doesn't matter when you enjoy visiting the world of Rusty Lake as much as this. Looking forward to the next one.
Gutted I’ve finished
If you are thinking about buying this I strongly recommend it, but do what I was advised to do and start at the beginning with the “cube” games. It tells you the order in the descriptions. They are free then you can finish with the last 2 that you pay (not very much) for. Unbelievable the amount of game content and hours of play you get for no/very little money. These are the kind of games I’m likely to revisit as I enjoyed the puzzles that much. Get them.

I found Rusty lake about 2+ years ago, and loved their macabre eerie way of thinking.
There is very few games you could compare the RL series to, especially for weirdness! I actually bought it as soon as it came out, but wanted to make sure I wouldn't be disturbed and could play it through in 1 go.
Obviously I have to replay simply to collect the 12 achievements I missed!!!
Keep up the astounding work RL, can't wait for the next instalment x
