Best Exercise App

This app is fantastic, I love it and it always keeps me motivated to exercise, especially through the personalised plans. Couldn't recommend enough.
It's great that there are both time and rep based exercises, different length workouts and varied levels of intensity as well as specified workouts to target different areas.
There could be a few more workouts available but I'm sure this will happen and develop over time. I would still give a 5/5.
Whether you're a beginner or have been exercising for years, you should get this app.

Great Exercise App

I've liked all the exercises I've been scheduled to do in my Plans so far, apart from the 'World's most dynamic stretch'! I'm still working on the routine to perfect it.

It's great for beginners and allows for progression, as you get more fit and confident in carrying out each exercise. I think that this App's suggestion of easier options for certain exercises is a good idea. I also like being given the opportunity of using weights or just Bodyweight.

I would have given this App 5stars if it showed the exercise demonstrations from more than two angles e.g. the 'lying down stretches' shown from above looking down.

It is great but I still miss the old version

The new NTC app is really great. The workouts are effective, easy to complete and encouraging. The workout plan is easier to commit to with the new app, which is awesome. However, the app no longer has a lock function. It makes it hard to be very active without my screen becoming sensitive and pausing my workout. It would be good to have guidance on what "moderate" weights are because I am known the wiser. Overall the app is good but there I genuinely miss the female only focus of the old version of the app.
