Recommend highly

I've used this app since 2013, and I've never looked back. There are a range of workouts to choose from, that are suitable for all needs and abilities. Further, the ability to have a 4-week plan depending on your exercise intentions, allows for ease of mind. The social aspects also such as Nike events and having your friends take part is amazing as well.

One of my favourite functions is the ability to sync the app with other apps, such as the health app which allows you to know how much you've burned off. As well create a handy log of your lifestyle.

What are you waiting for? Download it right now, you will not regret it.

Everything I was looking for (almost)

I love this app. I've tried various workout apps and most are either difficult to follow or have a really narrow range. This one caters for every level of fitness, every area of focus and you can choose from simple home workouts with zero equipment to workouts using full gym equipment. Plus you can choose your own playlists on your device or streaming service. I would give it 5 stars if it only cast to my TV via Chromecast. Or at least formatted to the correct aspect ratio when I plug it into HDMI.

Highly, highly recommend

If you are like me, love to know one exercises for health, fitness and yes, a bit of vanity; you like the gym but may not always get there at times but need variety as well as being conscious of various muscle groups etc, then this is the app for you!
Exercises vary from beginner to intense with everything from yoga onwards, all with excellent demonstrations.
Love, love love this app. Well done Nike!!
