Great app but issues with downloading workouts

Love this app, plans and workouts a great but few little issues that quite frankly are a pain:
1- music volume is either low or high even if you have it as high as you can and then goes louder if you get a notification through just make it consistent please.
2- downloading workouts always doesn't work but it used to before the app was updated.
3 - on the screen when doing workouts that you have to tick off make the button bigger or make so you can touch any part of the green bar at he bottom of the screen to move onto the next workout
4 - casting to tv option or facility for people doing plan workouts without equipment at home
That's all for now but great app love it👍🏾 ps top two are my biggest bug bear to sort these first please

Surprisingly excellent

The cynic in me assumed this would just be a Nike themed gimmick with little depth, but I was pleasantly surprised.

A really good workout app that integrates very well with an Apple Watch and Apple Music to give you your personal trainer in your pocket while you exercise. You can play music direct through Apple Music while you workout and the app explains the next exercise, how to perform it and for how long, as well as surprisingly intelligent coaching points throughout.

The workouts are varied for every discipline, and some come straight from various Nike endorsed athletes so you can do what Alex Morgan or Rory McIlroy do in the gym.

Overall, a very versatile and detailed workout app that’s become my go to when I’m away from the gym and need a workout to smash out. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

So close to being perfect

I love this app and found it to be one of the best work out apps I’ve used, especially as it’s free. Being able to customise the work outs to your situation is great, unfortunately you are unable to specify how long you can work out for - I only have time for a 15 minute work out in the morning, but quite often get given a 20 - 30 minute work out. If I could add a limit to duration, this would be perfect
