Unique recognition of your push-ups:
Push-ups are counted automatically using the proximity sensor on your iPhone or iPad.
- Three levels with a sports science training plan to complete 100 push-ups
- Count of completed push-ups via proximity sensor or by touching the screen with your nose
- Automatic countdown timer for breaks between sets
- Voice Coach
- Personal records and statistics (e.g. monthly statistics, …)

All workouts are saved to your fitness profile at www.runtastic.com.

Great motivational support
If you are someone who has done little or no upper body work for years, and have no small trepidation about how to start and build up your capability, this app could not be better. Manageable from the outset, yet still stretching, it motivates by being right in front of you whenever you open your phone and knowing the difference in how you feel after just 2 or 3 days.

I'm a very active competitive bloke and this app really speaks to my need to beat scores and records, I've never been to good at knocking out push ups but now I'm flying through high rep sets reaping the rewards in other areas of my training and martial arts sports that I'm into. Very good app
This is a simple easy to use app focused on push ups. The scheduled targets are great and help with a steady progression over time. The count down via nose to screen is excellent. Routines split push ups into sets with a good gap in between. Also gives 1 or 2 days rest so nice that you don't have to do every day. Highly recommended.
