I have been using this new app for a week only but so far loving it and it's keeping me motivated to do squats every day.
Nice and easy - definitely recommend
A great app, I use this to supplement cycling & running training. Completed all the stages last year but still using it when I can't get out on the road!
Downloaded this as a Starbucks freebie. Although this doesn't go anything like as far as my usual workouts, it's fun to do whilst I'm on holiday in conjunction with some short runs
