App doesn't show correct times

This app is a waste of time. The times shown for live departures are completely wrong making me miss boats constantly. Very annoying. I deleted it to allow me to use timetable. Real shame

Shows boats that don't exist

Twice now I've gone to a pier to catch a boat shown on the Live Departures page - and found that it not only isn't there, but isn't even timetabled. Why? I finally figured it out: the page marked Departures is actually showing arrivals, so includes boats which are terminating. Muppets.

UPDATE: More muppetry! At London Eye pier, it shows a departure "in 4 minutes" for the whole time that the boat is taking its scheduled 15-minute lay-up on the other side of the river. And this morning, it said a boat at Greenwich would be 15 minutes late... when it actually arrived dead on time.

You just can't trust the information at all. Shame that such a good service is let down by an incompetent app.

Works well

I have been using the app for a little over a week now. Some main positives/negatives:
+ easy and intuitive process of buying a new ticket
+ so far the app has not crashed and ticket activation has worked each time I was boarding

- wish there was a 'favourites' button on the Live Departures screen as I need to scroll down each time I check it
- I don't understand the need for ticket activation every time I board, but it would seem more logical to have some sort of passbook item that shows the monthly ticket
- (this may be a negative in general for the service) the app does not indicate if the boat service is direct or stops along the way. I waited 15 mins for Westminster service from Greenwich (to go to Canary Wharf) just to find out when the boat arrived that it was direct. No info about that in the app itself.
