What's New in Version 1.55
Wanderer lore speaks of a god mode. They say you have to refuse food and complete the journey. They say great power will be given if done so.
Conquer, and become a god.
Fixed an issue where entering an H created a blackhole. The blackhole engulfed all existence... wanderers and humans alike. That shouldn't happen anymore.
You should totally gift this game to your friends and family. Why suffer alone?
Difficult, but very rewarding.
Simple yet gripping
Though it starts as out as seemingly impossible, once you get the hang of the game (and it doesn't take that long to) it's fantastic. Not a very long game, and it doesn't have a huge replay value, but definitely worth the price.
Having played "A Dark Room" I was itching to play this prequel. Massively different but strangely similar. I couldn't stop playing no matter how often I died. With every death you learn how to progress that little bit more through to the end. I've never felt such hopelessness in a game as I have in this when I've noticed my water level is too low to reach the nearest replenish point after thinking I've got a good foundation of food and weapons. Remember games like Ghouls & Ghosts? No save, play from start to finish. You die you start from the beginning albeit with subtle perks each time.
Test your resolve
