Huggle is a social app that connects you with people who go to the places you go.
Huggle connects people (friendly or romantically) based on their interests and lifestyle!
Huggle automatically picks up your locations and adds them to your list of places. You can always delete places or add more places, by visiting locations physically or by importing them from Instagram and Foursquare.
Huggle uses hyper-local technology and a one-minute photo verification process. Which means that nobody can fake their check-ins or identity.
See ya later Catfish and unwanted pics!

I love huggle!!
I made so many friends at uni through this app! It's so good for seeing who is around you and even helps you find new places. Also a nice alternative to other dating apps since you can share your love of places! I love huggle!!
Lots of effort put into this from the promo side but the app lacks clarity and is also basically a ghost town. Wouldn't waste your time with it, much better apps out there for making connections.
Also all the 5 star reviews on here are from people employed by the developers
Disappointing and honestly kind of annoying
Firstly, you'd think since it's supposed to be about making friends that it might connect to Spotify, at least, to show your music. Seemingly it's uncool to utilise the "about me" section, so all I have to go on are people's photos, and the places they've been – which, in a small city, is the same for everyone; it means nothing to me, and if anything, as someone who does security for a lot of these venues, it's kind of awkward.
Secondly, the app has twice given me a moderation warning for one of my photos; even though it's in no way inappropriate, so seemingly the moderators don't believe it's me just because my hair's a different colour. This wouldn't be so annoying if it wasn't for the fact that the app then suggested, out of all the photos and selfies on my Instagram, that I upload two 5 year old drawings of celebrities who are clearly not me, and...get this...a photo of a CBD tincture – because they're OBVIOUSLY photos of my face, apparently. It's just really frustrating.
I would've liked to use the photos function to show some different aspects of my life, like my artwork or my dog or something anyway, but apparently that's not allowed.
It seems very focussed on people's faces, and only their faces, for a friendship app. I can see why other people with social anxiety are leaving such bad reviews.
