Description
This app enhances game play with the new Pointless Board Game, which will be in stores soon.
Play the Pointless board game and use this FREE app to have your very own electronic scoreboard. The Question Master for your game will programme it to reveal your score for each answer, just like on the TV show! It will also keep records of your team or individual scores, pointless trophies won, and who is the current pointless champion.
This is the perfect companion to the Pointless board game, allowing you to recreate this top BBC 1 quiz show in your own living room. It is NOT a Pointless game in its own right; and does not contain Pointless questions. It can only be used with the Pointless board game.

Doesn’t follow the format of the real game
App works fine but why on earth can’t you set it to follow the format of the real show (I.e. one player eliminated per round). If the devs are looking, please add this feature!
Getting better
Since the 7th Feb update the app now allows you to score the game to the end. And that's good... thank-you.
However the animation is glitchy so the score doesn't always count down smoothly.
It would be welcome if the app allowed you to remove names from the scoreboard and also if the countdown mirrored the real show by becoming slower towards the end in the final round to help build a bit of tension.
But at least it works now, so that's a plus.
Great App
This App makes the board game so much faster to play and way more exciting than sliding the counters down the board yourself. This game works way better than it seemed to have done 1/2 years ago, the older reviews i feel are no longer relevant as the app works seamlessly and really helps keep the board game interesting.
