Tired of jotting down personal bests on bits of paper at the gym? With iGym, you don't have to!

iGym allows you to store all your workouts in a simple format. You can then add exercises to your workouts, as well as the weights you lift or information about the number of sets or reps you perform. You can rearrange your exercises as you like to create your perfect workout.

AND with iGym, you can see whenever you update a workout - so you always know which workout you did last, and also which you should do next!

AND iGym stores records of your workouts which you can use to see your progress. And with the weight history view, you can easily check how you have progressed for a particular exercise. You also have the option to only show the changes in your recorded weights in the history view, which makes tracking gains easier.

AND iGym will automatically save a record of your workouts if you haven't saved one in over a week with the autosaving records feature. So your records are always up-to-date.

AND iGym allows you to share your new personal best on Facebook or Twitter so you can let everyone know your achievements.

AND if you know someone who would like iGym, you can share it with them via Email, Facebook or Twitter.

Very basic - you can add an exercise and weight but doesn't have section for reps - you have to just put it all in the weight section.
Stick to your notebook or find a better app.



So pointless not having reps. Who on earth created this rubbish app. Just plain dumb.

What my workouts have been crying out for


As an aspiring bodybuilder organising my workouts is essential in order to maximise my capability and performance. This app has allowed me to keep a meticulous check on my gains in all areas and has allowed me to spot where I need to improve- resulting in large gains everywhere, particularly in my triceps (which were already very large). I would recommend this to anyone serious about the gym. It is also really useful for anyone too busy working the whole time to keep on top of their workouts.
