I wouldn't give it 1 star actually

Who came up with this tosh? Did they forget it was meant to be a catalogue? It's like something the teams on The Apprentice come up with, then Alan Sugar savages them for missing the obvious. I want to see the products. Are they in there somewhere? Do they really, truly want you to buy their stuff, because they are making it really, really difficult. I tried to order a paper copy (yes really, paper in the digital age). That's not possible. Go to the store. Grrr. Why don't they scrap the messages from the staff and the cooking noises and actually show us the stuff? Easily?

Good, but...

...please please please implement the ability to stay logged in! It is infinitely annoying having to sign in every time I use the app and ruins the experience. That or Touch ID would be very much appreciated. Other than that, nicely designed and useful being able to see where to pick things up before visiting. Shame there's only one shopping list, could do with having a "wish list" as well as just basket.

The genius appeal...

The appeal for me was the bit were you can see the product you are umming and arring over in the room. I was looking at this bed on my laptop, I wasn't sure what it would look like in my bedroom. So I downloaded the app to use the gadget of placing a virtual product in the room, however it asked me for the paper, yes paper in this day and age, version of the catalogue to scan before it would work. Very disappointing as I was thought it would help me in the decision. BTW, I am still deciding on the bed.
