The 1971 reference of the iMini was made famous by artists and bands such as Stevie Wonder, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Keith Emerson, Devo, Jean Michel Jarre and more. We now bring the features and sound of this classic to the iOS platform.
The iMini not only recreates the look and feel of the most legendary synthesizer, it does it with unparalleled sound quality. iMini is based on the award winning Arturia Mini V software that was created in partnership with Dr. Robert Moog himself, back in 2003. Thanks to this heritage, continuous research and refinements over the years, iMini comes with amazing sound quality and a large collection of preset sounds created by top sound designers such as Klaus Schulze (Tangerine Dream) and Geoff Downes (Asia).

What's New in Version 1.74
* This update fixes a mod wheel issue where it wouldn't properly respond to hardware midi controllers. It should now work as expected. Note that if it still doesn't work after installing this update, you'll need to manually map the mod wheel with "Midi Learn" — after that, it should work as expected.
* Pitch wheel can be mapped to a CC
MiniMoog madness Arturia style! 🐴
Another amazing high quality virtual analogue synthesiser from industry professionals Arturia (a recreation of the MiniMoog). This virtual analogue subtractive emulation sounds wonderful The user interface is clear and simple to navigate, it's capable of a wide range of sounds (growling basslines and smooth detuned pads, screaming leads etc). It's full of character and enjoyable to explore and create with! Arturia have done a great job training this psychedelic animal - highly recommended!
Randomly goes out of tune? Duh?
This would be a great synth but for one thing, it goes out of tune while you're playing it. I own a real minimoog too, it does not go out of tune once it's warmed up! This would be ok if there was an option to disable the ridiculously pedantic emulation but there isn't. Who on earth thought it would be a good idea to have a soft synth that can drift as much as a whole tone out of tune at any moment while you're playing live? Useless, as a result, this otherwise great software is reduced to a novelty toy.
Looks like a Model D and sounds a bit like one, but not that much. Lacks presence, depth and bite. Not bad for a software synth though.
