First, let me clarify that you can turn the notifications off in the notification centre in the settings menu.
Second, let me say how great this app is! Does exactly what it needs to do. I use it all the time. I set it to go off every 30 minutes to remind me to do push ups as I work throughout the day. It's also great on runs!

I would like to suggest the option of paying a fee t get rid of the adverts that take away from the minimalistic design this app has. I would happily pay a one time fee to get rid of the adverts. Just something to think about.

Simple, effective, free!

No matter what your sport, this app wil aid your training. No more trying to look at your wrist watch as you sprint during an interval session. No more straining to hear your stop watch alarm whilst riding at full tilt with the wind in your ears.
I found this app brilliant. Intuitive, simple to set up and yet complex enough for any training session. I've used it for running and cycling, fartlek, intervals or endurance zones. I wish i'd though of this simple solution! Can't recommend enough.

Need better edit, otherwise brilliant

This app is great, and for the price (free), no beating it's usefulness. However, once I setup a routine, it is impossible to rearrange activities or add anything new in the middle without starting over. A rearrange option during edit (only has delete option at the moment) will help immensely. Thank you for your excellent work.
