Does what it says on the tin
Simple to use app. Works perfectly and you can adjust it to suit your workouts. I use this for the Women’s Health Get Lean Quick Workout Plan and it works a treat. I like that you can set different sounds for the stages and that you can set warm up and cool down periods that are automatically added on. It’s nice that it does all the arranging and you just put in the reps etc. No annoying ads pop ups and it will show you the days you work out each week, which makes me feel great when I look back and can see I am hitting my targets :)
Brilliant free app that I use to complete a HIT style ab routine. Does everything I need it to and more ( the wife also uses to keep logs of her running and weight workouts). No idea what the premium version offers (if there is one?) as the ads are not intrusive and don't need to be removed. The recent update adds a clearer timer and fresher look (the start/stop buttons added in landscape mode were not needed for my personal requirements in any case). One of the very best apps out there!
Does what you would expect from an interval timer. You can set up your workouts and have them run in the background with chosen sounds between sets.
It also records which days you workout which is a fun feature, unfortunately you cannot export this data or see it in more detail. *Any plans to add this? As the data will not carry over to the pro app you are losing me as a paying customer!
